Information collected
Information is collected only when you choose to provide it, by filling out a form on this site, sending an email, calling, or messaging through the chat widget. That may include:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Property address and details about the property
- Anything else you include in your message
Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited may also be collected automatically for security and to understand how the site is used.
How the information is used
- To respond to your inquiry by phone, text message, or email
- To provide real estate services you have requested
- To send follow-up communication about your property or your search, where you have given permission
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate activity in New Jersey
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted.
All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages are sent only to people who have given express consent to receive them, either verbally during a phone call or by checking the consent box on a form on this site. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service.

Who information is shared with
Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It may be shared only in these situations:
- Service providers who operate systems used to run this business, such as the customer relationship management platform that stores contacts and sends messages. These providers may only use the information to deliver their service.
- Transaction parties such as the supervising brokerage, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and inspectors, when it is necessary to carry out a transaction you have asked for.
- Where required by law, including in response to a valid legal request, or to comply with New Jersey real estate licensing and record-keeping requirements.
How long information is kept
Contact information is retained for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal and licensing record-keeping requirements. Records related to a completed transaction are retained for the period New Jersey law requires.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Request a copy of the information held about you, or ask that it be corrected or deleted, by emailing the address below
Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be retained under New Jersey real estate recordkeeping rules or other applicable law.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect the information collected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
