Program description

Mateo Montoya, a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New Jersey, sends text messages to people who have asked to be contacted about a property, a home search, or a real estate question. Messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, property information you requested, and follow-up about an active conversation.

How you opt in

You are added to text messaging only when you give express consent in one of these ways:

You tell Mateo Montoya during a phone call that it is okay to text you, and that permission is recorded with the date
You check the consent box on a form on this website
You text us first, or reply to a message, asking to continue by text

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any service. You can decline and still work with us by phone or email.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation. Most people receive a handful of messages while an inquiry or a transaction is active.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates for text and data apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge for these messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also ask to be removed by calling or emailing using the contact details below.

If you stop texts, we can still reach you by phone or email unless you ask us not to.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
